USO BioMedical Services has 20+ years of experience in technical medical equipment service and 15+ years of medical materials management experience behind its name. Since the founding of the company in 2016, USO has demonstrated the expertise and longevity of a long-standing company. They are rooted in family and committed to traditional values like integrity, transparency, efficiency, and quality.

With their combined backgrounds in OR materials management, medical office purchasing and medical equipment service, owners Wes and Cindy Brammer know the challenges of running a successful medical practice. Their goal is to make the jobs of office managers, nurse managers and purchasing personnel easier by providing the timely and reliable service you deserve.

Cindy Brammer

Executive Director

Cindy loves making a difference in the lives of others, and she strives to do so with excellence. She has a diverse background in medical purchasing and management and is passionate about the medical field. Cindy attended Newbury College, in NY while working full time in the purchasing department of a two-hospital system. She was promoted to OR Materials Manager before eventually moving to Florida where she worked as a purchasing agent with Orlando Regional Health. Here she was responsible for overseeing inventory controls, requisitioning, and logistics. She even spent time travelling throughout the country as a software implementation consultant with McKesson HBOC, helping multi-hospital healthcare systems transition their software.

In addition to her passion for healthcare, Cindy has helped organizations establish 501(c)(3) non-profit status and enjoys managing her own ministry effort, creating “blessing” bags to the homeless. Cindy has single-handedly crocheted over 500 hats for both the homeless and for preemies at NICU units for over 400 hospitals nationwide.

Wes Brammer, CBET

Lead Tech

Wes feels strongly that service should exceed expectations and improve the lives of others. He has an impressive 30 years of experience in the technical services industry. After graduating from United Electronics Institute, he became a service technician, serving for over a decade in industrial facilities that included 3-D measurement and excimer laser eye surgery equipment.

In 2000, Wes transitioned his focus to medical equipment and subsequently spent 16 years with PSS World Medical/McKesson, where he served as head of the Service Department for the Southeastern region.

In 2016, Wes founded USO Biomedical Services, where he now serves as lead technician. Wes is CBET certified through AAMI. Under his direction, USO sets the bar high for excellence of service.

Wes enjoys being active during his “down time;” spending time on family activities like camping, boating, snorkeling, and hiking. He has even hiked over 900 miles of the Appalachian trail!
